We should create a tradition for our friday weigh ins. Something to add a celebratory element to it. It is the day when we get to see in a number all our efforts from the previous week pay off. It could be in the form of a video that we all do a happy dance to, a special drink, a special food, anything special. Just something simple, possibly silly, and special that we could all do on Fridays. What are yalls thoughts on the idea?

Love the idea! Some members here know how to put videous and pictures here, I unfortunately not good at it, so someone have to volunteer .
I was thinking something about building people from the weight we lost
It could be a whole community with names.2 -
Great idea!1

People! Partisipate in this discussion! It's fun!
We already own a 112 lbs , it can be a small lady or a huge dog, or a cow Ahahahaha2 -
I think we should all do a star jump for every pound the group loses! I love the idea of each of us celebrating every lb with a star (and let's face it what's sillier than grown adults doing star jumps)
As for a virtual community I think our 112lbs is Betsy, an 80 year old retired dance teacher. She lives by the sea and can still be seen on a sunny afternoon dancing on the pier with joy. She has grey curls tied back in a dancers bun and impeccable poise. She wears just a hint of rouge and loves vibrant colours.4 -

Betsy's puppy dances too. When she's not dancing by the shore, she had a beautiful garden that she tends and hosts afternoon tea, sometimes for the local children.1
-
She has her own veggie garden as well and when the kids come over for tea she lets them pick the biggest watermelon out of her garden for them to slice and she lets them pick fresh herbs out of her herb garden to put in their tea.1

She feels so lonely that she has tea party with her beautiful dolls that she collects.1

Betsy has her own thread now called Heavens to Betsy.1

Ha hahahah I just had soooo much fun reading this!0

Betsy needs a very large dog. How about a Newfie or a St. Bernard or a Mastiff named Samantha who lumbers along the beach behind her exactly like the weight we lost this week?
