    Had a sort of rest day. I got some light walking in and went to cemetery, church and some shopping before going to best friend's (of 47 years)house for dinner with her kids and brother.

    Hope all the moms had a great Mother's Day! I took my parents out for brunch after church, then did 4 loads of laundry and went grocery shopping for my wife. Enjoyed having both kids home from college.

    Mother's Day Challenge $500
    Spoke to daughter in New York and son in Kentucky, on the phone. Today was a travel day, returning from the National Epiphany meeting in S. Carolina, so I had every meal in a different state and snacks in the air! Breakfast in S. Carolina; lunch during stopover in Chicago, IL and dinner with a friend here in California.

    Challenge $ 1000 (BBQ for my mother-in-law and family, hanging plants for all the moms, finger painted with my daughter, made a special breakfast for my family, made footprint sculptures for my mother-in-law and mother to have as a keepsake of their grandchild, let hubby sleep in the whole weekend (without killing him lol), took the dog on a walk (no pedometer though :-( )
