Fitbit steps not showing up on MFP

I have disconnected and reconnected MANY times, and I still can't get my Fitbit steps to show up on MFP. I know the apps are syncing because it is adjusting my calories correctly, but my steps aren't there. Anyone else having this issue?

Iam having problems too. No Fitbit corrections since 9th Feb and no Runkeeper exercise calories imported into Diary (on the MFP app on my phone at least)0

me too, just started today. I also tried disconnecting and reconnecting and deleting the app and reinstalling. Nothing helped. I was hoping it's not just me or my zip and that fitbit will resolve it soon.1

I am having the same problem, the step count from fitbit is not updating on mfp. I've disconnected and connected many times but the problem still exists. Any tips?0

Still not working here. I've disconnected and reconnected multiple times to no avail.0

Is this an app only problem, or is it also on the website? (To see steps on the website, go to "Check In".) If it is only on the app, what kind of mobile device do you have? Apple, Android or Windows? Have you checked the Help page to see if MFP has acknowledged the problem? I seem to recall seeing that the iOS app recently had a problem displaying steps, but I didn't pay much attention, because I have Android.0

Yes, big problem here too and it's frustrating. I have an iPhone 6S. Tried what everyone else did as well.0

My steps are working but it showed I only burned 2 calories in about 30 minutes so... I don't know if it's a related issue or not0

Argh. I'm having the same problem (I have an iPhone). Frustrating, since I just got my Fitbit and was excited for it to work with MyFitnessPal.1

Same problem here! It isn't showing my steps or adjusting my calories. Very frustrated. My phone is galaxy s6 and is supported by fitbit.0

This is happening to me right now. it was fine earlier and now has removed calories earned and won't synch.
Does it fix itself?0
