I am considering it but am unsure if I should attempt at 60% of my 1RM.

Eight sets? With little rest in between each one? Uggghhh!

% stays the same - I guess you do it 2 x week for 4 weeks0

Sounds like a good one! I have down programs similar but each week you go up in weight. You could attempt at 60 percent and drop weight if needed0
