Hi Guys!
I really want us to make this group work for us! The only way that'll happen is if we are active and constantly communicating with each other in here. I think a good topic for us is "Weekly Goals". At the beginning of each week, post the goals you have for the upcoming week right here

I'll start. The goals I set for myself this week:
1) I want to average 1800 calories per day.
2) Continue my FitnessBlender workout program (Currently doing their 8 week routine for busy people... the workouts average out to about 30 minutes a day. I'm also throwing in extra workout videos from them in order to get my workout duration up to 40 minutes if it's on a day that I'm not also running).
3) Run outside 3x this week.
4) 1 pound loss.
5) Pay attention to my protein intake.0 -
My goal is to drink 8 cups of water
stay with my 1500 calories
workout 11/2 hr x4 days. no sugar only what is in my fruits.0 -
Hellk everyone, most difficult for me is getting my 8 cups of water in. What is yours0

Mainly drinking atleast a gallon of water a day. It's tough but I'm trying my best to stick to it.0
