hi everyone, shall we set ourselves some weekly goals? i find that it really helps to break down longer plans into smaller tasks and then to celebrate mini achievements ;) my suggestion for the first week: log all food every day!!! and then post to the group how many days you have achieved next sunday

What exactly counts as "all food"? I don't generally log my diet soda because it has no calories. I do use the water tracker for plain water, as I'm trying to cut back the soda without having to make a conscious effort of it, by drinking water. Also, I snack here and there on polish dill pickle spears and don't always log those, because again, no calories, and sodium is something I don't track.

uuuu, you are far more advanced than i am. i was just thinking about consistently logging 'food' in general (i have just gotten into the habbit a week ago), but alright. why not: extra bonus points for all who also log all drinks? let's see what the others think. happy logging

I hope so, or I've been logging my water, soda and 0 calorie pickle spears for no good reason.

I logged my food, but I did not log my water. Not sure what the mini-challenge is for this upcoming week, but I'm going to focus on water intake and meal prep.

I didn't log any of my water, and logged most of my food but not everything. I was way over on some days, but I will make up for it this week hopefully.

I logged everything barring the occasional mental lapse. And there were a few thing that required 'best guestimates.'

I logged everything, including my travel/out of town meals (which was my main goal).

I logged everything but sometime not until the end of the day. I am going to try and log it at the time I eat it this week. I am hoping that prevents me from going over my calories.

I always log everything. I log in every morning and plan out what I'll eat all day.

My weekly challenge is going to be only consuming whole foods. I am hoping this will help free me from my addiction to sugar.
