Do I just wait for a challenge to be posted? Or should I post my own challenge? I have read through the blogs a bit but can't quite work it out. Cheers! ;-)

    Each Day I post a challenge to be completed but right now is a special month dedicated to the Sit Less Boot Camp. It's where we train ourselves to sit less and get more activity in the day! The way it is designed is to give you ideas on the one thing that you will work on so you can start quitting all the sitting!

    Hi @0pheliahart and welcome to the Challenge A Day group! As @Auna37 mentioned, this month we are featuring a special challenge, called Sit Less Boot Camp, to help us all sit less and move move.

    Although Sit Less Boot Camp began May 1st, there's no problem joining us now. Each of the daily challenges is "stand-alone" and doesn't build on previous daily challenges.

    That said, I thought it might be useful for you and anyone else who is just joining the group now to review our first 3 daily challenges. These 3 challenges are really the foundation for Sit Less Boot Camp and will help you learn more about Sitting Disease, give you some ideas and strategies for sitting less, and help you create your own plan for sitting less. Our overarching goal for this month is for people to be sitting less long after May is over.

    Thanks for your replies Auna37 and themedalist. They were a real help! I am really keen to change my sitting habits - working at the computer all day is terrible! Have a great day.

    Hello everyone, so glad I found this group. I commute 1.5 hours each way for work M-F to sit at a desk/computer all day. Sitting all day is hard on my back and my legs so looking forward to change my sitting habits at work and at home.
