Sunday Night Here...
Gonna start a new week for myself.. so everything doesn't run together..I'd really like to work on getting over here more frequently...
Weekly Goals:- Water - keep drinking it!
- Bed - keep trying!
- Workouts - keep doing them! 3-4 pool workouts weekly
- Food - keep it healthy if not, don't beat myself up, be kind to myself instead.

Hearts. I like the be kind to myself comment. This whole process sometimes just feels like I'm beating myself up and it should not be that way.
I did fairly well last week even though I went on a short cruise I still managed to lose a little weight. The eating every three hours does help a lot. Just need to prep food for work.
Continuing with my goals this week hopefully I will have a bigger loss even though I'm going to Disney this weekend and it's Memorial Day on Monday.1
