Hi my name is Ludivina and just had my 5th baby via C-section 3 months ago. I am round my pre pregnancy size. And my ultimate goal is to lose 80 lbs. I am back at work and breastfeeding half days, and pumping occasionally. I just started a 28 diet plan. Which some days are better than others. My weakness is soda. I LOVE MY PEPSI!! But I'm doing pretty good. I am clean eating, just need to get my butt to work out. Please feel free to add me. I'd love the support.

    Congratulations on number 5! Wow! I want to lose 70lbs so we have a similar journey. We can do it!

    Welcome. Congrats on your new baby! I too need to lose about 70 pounds to be at a healthy weight. However, that's very daunting to tell myself that. I am telling myself, "I just need to lose 5 pounds."
    My goals are:
    1. Lose 15 pounds of baby weight
    2. Lose 25 more (this was about as thin as I was able to get the last time.)
    3. Re-*kitten*, do I want to keep going? Or just maintain for a while, then return?
