    I have been a little down this week, not feeling quite right and didn't exercise for several days. This week I need to get back on track. We will be going out of town, but I will be back at my favorite gym Tuesday through Friday, so that should help.

    Well done to everyone who lost yet again! I'd love to hear the progress of Betsy's man - although I know she is happy to wait for the right one to come along... however much time it takes ;)

    I cannot weigh in as I am sitting on the sofa with a slipped disc and cannot stand up straight enough to manage the scales. I would imagine it has been a gain due to being totally inactive (I can barely make it up to the bathroom)
    Sorry guys, things just aren't going my way in this month of May.
