Charge hr problem - dashboard info doesn't change?

I can only think this problem is as a result from my recent update but the info displayed in dashboard is the same day to day. Tried rebooting, unsyncing, disconnect mfp? Note everything below the first few tiles is the same today, yesterday, since I bought this a month ago. Below is an example:t123p353b8ti.png

    You won't be able to correct it.

    Probably got a bad app server account that needs to be deleted.

    You'd just have to have the app uninstalled while they did it, then install as if first time.

    Mine is the same way now after the dashboard updated. I've just been clicking on the calories in/out tile for the previous day to look at the data for how many calories I burned.
