Credit: Worked on staying on plan this week and stayed connected to my support group of weight management friends. Give gratitude for the friend I spent the day with yesterday.

Credit: continuing to love myself beyond that darn # on the scale!
Gratitude: for being able to hike in Vermont for 3 days without quitting or feeling terribly sore!1 -

Day 1-on track-just need to take minute by minute, half hour to half hour, day by day1

Day 2 completed...think I can do this...I gained calories because of yard work and 20 min. on exercise bike...ready for day 3.....1

Day 4, not so good-tired and fell off the wagon at dinner. Tomorrow is a new day and maybe extra TIME on the exercise bike-atoning for my sins-lol...Day 1-3 were good...tomorrow is a new day0
