Week of June 12th Goals

Good Morning Everyone!! 
I did well last week and accomplished a lot on my parents to do list. LOL
I haven't quit Jillian's 30 day shred even though I moved up to level 2 and my body is killing me.
This week I just want to get a few things accomplished around my own home if possible.
1.I really need to up my water
2.watch my protein
3.do one thing on the hate to do list like shred papers.
4.exercise daily

Good Morning a day later and thanks for getting this week started for us, @2020pinktogo ! Last week was a bit of a bust for me with the changes in routine and stressful houseguest stressor to boot, but at least I didn't regain any weight. This week my focus will be hydration. We're hitting well into the 90s every day with lots of humidity. I have plenty of outdoor must-do work in the evenings when it's still miserably hot. I am going to get out there and do it, but with water in hand.
My goals are:
1. at least 100 oz of water per day
2. Gardening work daily
3. 10k steps for at least 4 out of 7, and no less than 8k when I fall short
4. Eat wisely and healthily - fresh produce at every meal
5. Lose 0.5 pound
