New Beginning 6/13/16

Just wanting to put this out there... Tomorrow 6/13/16 is my new start day... going to try to make changes to the food i eat and to be more active... im going to need words of encouragement, and please hold me accountable for my daily progress. I feel like i have no energy and blah all the time, i know that when i take off some of this weight and become more active i will feel better and feel better about myself.

    Hi, good to meet you.. I'm pretty new here.. 3 weeks or so. I'm loving the mfp daily logs although, at times, I have trouble hitting my numbers. I'm on a lowcarb,highfat plan that my daughter set up for me and I'm liking it. A few cravings here and there, but nothing terrible. I've started feeling really good and have just started yoga a few days ago. Today, I can lift my arms above my shoulder.. lol.. I would love to join and have someone to be accountable to.

    Good morning! Today is the 13th, so today is your day, and today is my day too. I'm working back to my healthy eating Monday-Friday with some flexibility built into the weekend. I got up this morning, got in a walk, and now I'm fixing some oatmeal for breakfast. I know I can get back to the weight I feel best at, and my goal is to get there by the end of August.

    Awesome! I find if I don't get my exercise in right away in the morning, I usually don't bother. And I know how good I feel after so it's frustrating if I don't do it. I don't really have a goal but to lose whatever I can in whatever time frame. Slow is good, but not too slow.. Have a great day!!
