Looks like it's about that time already:) If you have been taking a break from the challenge, now is a great time to get back into it. You can spend the final weeks of the challenge concentrating on your goals. Hope to see everyone post a little update on one of the boards this week just to let others know how they are doing. Have a great week!

This weigh-in makes 50 lbs for me with about that much more to go. As I stated last week, I have been fluctuating between a few pounds for several months. It seems I always was coming back to 240. This is the lowest now for me in years so I hope I can keep this up with everyone's encouragement and God's help.

It seems like everyone here is doing well. Just remember. Staying the same is not gaining! Everyone have a blessed Sunday

You've lost over 2 pounds in 4 weeks (metric means diddly to me so I had to covert to have a reference point). That's not something to sneeze at.

Yeah, I see the downward trend on my Libra app! I know that I'm heading in the right direction. But these last 15 kgs are taking ages even to move a gram! It's frustrating!
But this challenge has been good for keeping me on track! This is my first ever challenge that I've participated in and I'm glad.
