Today is 8-months post-op. I'm down 114 lbs from surgery, and 138 lbs since the start of my journey on August 25. I have gone from a size 5x shirt, 32 pant to a medium shirt, 14/16 pant.

Best of all, this morning when I logged my weight, the BMI changed from OBESE to OVERWEIGHT! WOOOOO HOOOOO!!!!! I don't put a lot of value on BMIs, but to see the word OBESE gone is HUGE!

    @barngrill Thanks! I've found so much information on my own and through other great online groups (primarily FB). It only feels right to share whatever I can with those on the same journey. There's only a handful of people that "get it". And we need to be here to support one another.
