June 13th Weigh In/ Progress

Since several of us are working on weight loss and since we don't have a spreadsheet, here's a place for us to share this information. Completely optional, of course! You may have a better format, and if so, please share as I am always ready to learn!

Here I go (with clarification):

Original weight (when I began MFP): 162.8
Starting weight (for this challenge): 152.4
Current weight (posting on Mondays to match with our start date and our Labor Day finish. Weigh in whatever day you do, and just add to this Monday, and subsequent Monday threads): 152.4
Goal weight ( for this challenge): 148.0

    Just now found the group!

    Beginning of June weight was 207

    Current weight is 205

    Down 2 so far this month. Next month will be interesting. I'll be moving. So at least I know I'll be getting a workout with that. I'll try my best to remember to check in regularly.
