today was suppose to be a rest day as I had my colonoscopy yesterday and was told I have a hernia and need to take it easy. Lets just say my mom didn't get the memo I am exhausted will be taking a nap soon. LOL I know how I got the hernia though I do all the lifting when it comes to my mom she's a great director. Oh well only a few more days of vacation left. then I will be back to work.

Dad super sick and in the hospital so kind of a funny week. He is doing better and hopefully going home today. Trying to get refocused again0
