KEEP track to help others!

So we are going to start keeping track of our food each day for more then one reason. If we can submit our food diary each day then we can check each other to see how and what each person is doing. An example would be what Michelle and I did today with our dinner. You can check and see that Michelle had the Bell pepper meat stuffers with a salad today and see the nutritional facts. So you are not sure what to do today for dinner then reach out to each other or just check what others did for the day. BTW the Bell pepper meat stuffers were amazing!! It can help with food ideas and encourage each others. What are your thoughts?
