Are there any runners who are also doing the 21 day fix workouts in addition to running?
I'm starting week 3 of couch to 5k and don't want to mess that up. Should I wait until I finish the program before starting the workouts? Or do both?

I have done both, and didn't have an issue. Give it a try and see how you feel.0

I'm running as well as doing the fix!0

I'm running (training for a half in October) and doing the workouts. Some days I feel hungry (usually long run days) so I have an extra red or an extra green, but that's really the only change for me1

You can look up 21df jybrod with running and get s schedule. I do both at same time. Whatever youre comfortable with
