What is your post workout routine?

How do you recover from a workout? Do you stretch? Shower immediately or drive home first? Have a favorite protein or other drink for recovery? Run a mile as a cool-down? What works best for you to unwind and get ready for whatever is next?

I'm usually in too much of a hurry to do much more than shower and get ready for work, but if I'm doing good on time, I will do a 10 minute cool down on a bike or elliptical.1

Any time for recovery protein or just getting as much water as you can? What about stretching through the day? Getting a chance to stand up? I've found I can stand up at my desk and get a good calf stretch by just resting the ball of my foot over my chair supports with my ankle on the ground helps a lot!0
