Hi Everyone, I was in the previous challenges with you, and lost 11 lbs. Then I just got sick of counting, and put 4 lbs back on Is anyone interested in a June Challenge? I hope so. Change the check in date to what you want. Good luck!

Yay!! I'm actually back down where I was about 4 weeks ago! This has pretty much become my pattern: I lose for a while then bounce up a bit & start losing again. Frustrating but at least it's still trending down!!1 -

Come on friend. You are so worth this. Just try to concentrate on being healthier. I am 69 and feel so much better than most of my peers. People younger than me can hardly walk anymore and I refuse to go down that road barring a serious health problem. But non way am I doing it by going back to my old and terrible food addiction.
Don't get me wrong, I know exactly where you are coming from. I fight it every day. But I try to dust myself off and get back to it when I have a slip up. Right now I am on prednisone for my sinuses and I want to eat everything in sight. But I am just taking it an hour at the time.
