Morning, Everyone! Today we are going to do some simple leg exercises!

Today's Challenge: Stand on 1 leg and turn your head from side to side for 15 seconds. Then alternate!

If you have to then please use a piece of furniture for balance. :)

    I just got home from an 8-day camping trip. We walked a TON and swam in the lake. On the flip side, we ate like Hobbits. (You know, breakfast, second breakfast, luncheon, afternoon tea, dinner, supper, s'mores). I'll get back on the challenges tomorrow. :smiley:

    I did this, I didn't realize how dizzy it would make me! Haha. I think I did it too fast.
