    It's a good idea if you measure your weight loss in lb instead of kg and your exercise in km not miles.
    This way you always feel soooo good!

    Update: only at 10 miles :( I will make it to my goal of running 100 miles though!

    July 1: ran 4 mi. (walked 5.4 mi)
    July 2: (walked 8.4 mi)
