Morning, Everyone! We haven't had a food challenge in a little while so today we are going to work on one.
Today's Challenge: Eat 1 food with prebiotics, such as whole-grain bread, bananas, berries, onions, or garlic.

All the foods you listed are regulars in my diet, but I'll try for some more. I just looked at an interesting video about how prebiotics and probiotics work together.
