Morning, everyone! One of the hardest things to do is to sleep with good posture. Everyone sleeps diferently but good posture can help you sleep better!

Today's Challenge: Improve your posture while you sleep with an extra pillow or folded blanket

If you usually lie on your side, place the pillow between your knees. If you sleep on your back, tuck the pillow under your knees. If you're a stomach sleeper, put the pillow under your hips.

I am really struggling with sleep, so I'll try anything. I have done the pillow between the knees in the past when my back was hurting. I'll try it tonight without the back ache (I hope).

I sleep in a recliner, b/c I prefer the position. often when I sleep in a regular bed, my lower back feels tense.

I starting using a memory foam pillow for my head and a regular pillow between my knees several months ago. It has made a HUGE improvement in my neck and low back pain.

I am usually a side sleeper. I learned to sleep with a pillow between my knees a couple of years ago when I was having knee problems. It does help.
