June 21 - 116.4 (on prednisone for sinus issues; therefore retaining water. One more week. Just have to go with it for now. This is temporary)
My goal is to stay at 115 lbs ( +/- 3 lbs) and not go over 120 lbs.
These challenges keep me accountable.

June 16: 204.8 (which was taken after a big breakfast and having a super hydrating day yesterday which made me pee every 20 min)
June 23: 206. I just found out my protein has creatine which makes you retain water. So I've been off it for a few days and I been peeing like crazy. We'll see what that does for this week. Does help I too have my TOM

Am completely shocked!! I would doubt it (weighed twice) except I got weighed at the doctor's office yesterday & it was in the ballpark. So, not looking at gift horse in the mouth (too close anyway!)1 -

We can't give up. You don't have a lot to lose and you can do this just by logging and a little daily exercise.

What a relief, I started losing again. I had gotten down to 134, and it just started creeping up when I quit logging and checking in.2 -
