June 21 - 116.4 (on prednisone for sinus issues; therefore retaining water. One more week. Just have to go with it for now. This is temporary)
June 28 - 115 (spot on. But headed to beach for 4 days. Wish me luck)
July 5 - 117.2 (4th celebrations got me. Had one on the 3rd and another on the 4th) Back to watching it today.
My goal is to stay at 115 lbs ( +/- 3 lbs) and not go over 120 lbs.
These challenges keep me accountable.

We can't give up. You don't have a lot to lose and you can do this just by logging and a little daily exercise.

What a relief, I started losing again. I had gotten down to 134, and it just started creeping up when I quit logging and checking in.2 -

This was totally expected! I lost so much so fast I figured there would be bounce back. I think I may have been a little dehydrated last week too! It was about what I expected to see so still pushing forward!!1 -

July. I'm not happy!!!!!! I have gotten on a great workout schedule. I'm happy with my progress physically. I can see a change and feel a change but the scale isn't moving. I'm staying very hydrated. I didn't go up at all from having my TOM which was weird and I thought the digits might go down, but nothing. I'm still 206ish and its P(ing) me off!!!!! Rant over. Time to move on.
