Two c-sections in one year (3 total)

Hi everyone, I had my 2nd child via c-section in Aug 2015 (my 1st was 8 yrs prior) then I got pregnant 2 months later and just gave birth 2 wks ago. Needless to say, my body has been put through a lot and I know it's going to take some time to see the results I want. I was a regular at my gym prior to getting pregnant in 2014 but I'm no longer at that level. I would greatly appreciate any advice that helped you after delivering your baby.

    Wow, you've been through a lot. My advice, come back in 10 weeks. Give your body time to heal. Just relax and enjoy your babies. Start a walking program after you get medical clearance. Then after 10 weeks call your gym and see if they have any class recommendations. I like barre and yoga for rebuilding the abdominal wall.
