Morning, Everyone! Today we are going to work on our balance and shins!
Today's Challenge: Work on balance by pretending to walk an imaginary tightrope and strengthen your shins with 2 toe lifts in your chair.
How to do a toe lift:
Sit in a chair and place your left heel on top of your right toes. Gently push your left heel toward the floor and pull your toes up against the resistance. Inhale, hold the resistance for 3 seconds, exhale, and release. Switch sides.

Finished! Balance is something I have been working on while I'm working to improve my fitness, and this challenge proves that I have accomplished a great deal. When I first started getting fit, I was in a dance class in which the instructor had I do some simple balance exercises - I kept falling over. Today, I did not need a net for my imaginary tightrope, so that is progress. Have a great day, all.2
