Morning, Everyone! Today we are going to do another stretch that you can do anywhere!

Today's Challenge:
Stretch your heels and calves by standing on your tippy toes for 3 seconds; repeat 9 times.

I've been trying to find or think up challenges that can be done at home or at work. That's why all of them have been kind of easy and simple.

ALSO! If you have trouble balancing then never be afraid to use a piece of sturdy furniture.

    well do after my morning walk on my treadmill.

    Just finished this one , great choice! I could really feel the slight burn in both of my legs. :)

    being able to do them inconspicuously at my office jobs help a lot :)

    Forgot my shoes in the car :D and my husband is working till 5 so I will have to walk later on,but on a good note I did get the challenge done :)
