    Good Morning! Hope everyone is doing good today. Bill B, have a great vacation! It is going to be a major heat wave in KC this week. We are under a heat advisory all week.

    Good morning gentlemen.

    Taking DW to the hospital for a PET scan to confirm a diagnosis of 1st stage lung cancer. I'm praying it shows nothing of the kind. Poor little lady has had a rough year.

    Good Morning. Nice picture Steve. Its a good look. A bit sore today after pushing it yesterday. I need to get the mat rolled out do some stretching and icing before we leave for Yosemite. We are staying outside the park at a B&B so each day we will start with a hour+ drive. First time we go to Yosemite without my hiking boots or a list of hikes we have planned. But after 3 days I will leave with a lot of motivation to get the back strong enough to do all my knee will handle. I am hoping my trekking poles will help. Then we recover in Napa Valley for a couple days. We will try to eat with some thoughtfulness. Have an amazing day. My water is boiling so it is coffee time!

    Praying for Mrs. Dave, and for the family. I pray that they get this knocked out early!

    Thanks for the shout out on the picture, Bill. This is from the Polar Strut 5K in either 2011, or 2012. 3rd week in January. There was about 2 inches of fresh snow. It was 16 degrees. Hard to forget that one! :smile: I thought it would be an appropriate picture given that we are in a heat advisory/warning for the next 7 days! Whew!

    Dave - prayers for your wife. Remember no matter what the Doctor's say she's still got you for a husband & you're no quitter.
