I'm still trying to figure out how Myfitnesspal works.
Hope all got a GREAT HUMP in yesterday!
Lee, hope you have a great day off.
It's very HOT & Humid here, with thunderstorms mixed in.
Will not make it to gym today, need to get tractor repaired where I can sell it; it will not do much good on a .17 ac lot where house takes nearly 1/2. Selling z-turn, pontoon boat, tractor and lots of household furnishings.
Tis TGIF Eve.
Enjoy the Day,
Sam I am0 -
Sounds like your really scaling down, Sam.
I am psyched about my weight-loss this week, and that's two in a row. I think it's more attention to what I eat, plus tracking which makes me pay attention, but also I've been active just doing household chores-- cleaning camping gear, shopping, reorganizing stuff, etc. Not sitting sitting so much. And also the aftereffects of a hard camping trip where I had to pack all my food ahead of time, so no sweets or junk food made it aboard the trip.
I noticed this message board keeps latest threads on top, not like WW. This is good if people what to take on a special topic or solve a problem; it won't disappear after a few days, but will stay on top as long as someone has something to add.0 -
Good morning.
I always sorted by last post on the boards. That's the best way to keep up with active conversations.0 -
Good Morning!
It is great to see people, friends, finding this spot.
Continued heat wave on the central coast of the US. Each day, my energy levels drop. We won't see a break until early next week. I have no idea how our associates in the plant do it. There is no air, high humidity, and a heat index at or above 110. Whew!0 -
Good Morning! Today we leave the Yosemite and head to Napa Valley. Another active day in the Yosemite Valley ending with Lee Stetson's One man show as John Muir. Doing well with food choices and portion control too. My back is sore but a 45min workout will help followed by icing as we drive the 190miles in segments is the plan. It was good to be out and active again and have more muscular aches and pains than nerve pain. Have an amazing day!0

Good morning gentlemen.
Went fishing yesterday. Kind of spur of the moment decision, so a late start, but I still caught three nice trout. Fish for dinner tonight.1 -
Mornin' gents.
Good to hear about the biopsy rather than surgery, Dave. Prayers continue.
Your trip sounds great, Bill. So much to see here in North America.
Mike, congrats! Wish I could say the same.
Rehearsal dinner and BIL's wedding tomorrow.
Sometimes I wish I had a 0.17 acre lot.
Be OP ;-)0 -
Nice Dave. Good Ts and Ps about the biopsy too.
Getting ready for big ride on Sat (69 mi but over 4000' of ups)0 -
We have always been on more than an acre for the past 40 years, may take some getting use too. Plus is back and left side is green space where no one will ever be allowed to build.
Love the Napa Valley, enjoy!0 -
Hey Men. Took a few tries to get here but happy to see you all. I guess this will be the new home. Stay well all.0

Good day gents. I've been working out of Nellis AFB out of Las Vegas for the last couple of weeks. Avg temp here is 110, but its dry heat. (Still sux working outside) 6 months til retirement. 40 years with same company is long enough. Good to see everybody.0
