Morning, Everyone! Today we are going to work on our lower abdomen!
Today's Challenge: Increase flexibility and mobility in your hips with 10 standing side leg lifts
How To Do it:
Stand behind a chair, which you can use for balance if you need to. Place your weight on your left leg, then lift your right leg from your hip and stretch it out to the side as far as you can. Keep both legs straight and flex your right foot (point your toes to the ceiling and push your heel toward the floor). Hold the lift for 3 seconds, and then return your leg to the floor. Do this four more times with the right leg, then switch and repeat five times with the left leg.
