wow, I've been recently diagnosed with this...and it seems like I've had so many issues over the years that my GI dr says could be caused by this...including my severe fatigue and my stomachs inability to function properly....even tho I take multi-vitamin every day, I had to double my regimen to releive my fatigue...apparently I am vitamin deficient....or maybe I should say imbalanced...anybody else been having fatigue issues?

I was recently diagonsed with gallstones and after several excruitiating attacks (worse than labour) I researched and decided to go on a strict calorie counting, low fat eating plan. I find MFP is really helpful. Surgery in 3 months or so. Anyone else with similar issues? I'm hopoing the low-fat diet keeps the attacks at bay :(
