I reached my first mini-goal today! Victory! Here are my statistics and goals:
Height: almost 5'3"
Pre-pregnancy weight: 125
Weight just before birth: 178
Weight just after birth: 162
1st Mini-Goal: 150 (reached today!)
2nd Mini-Goal: Next size down jeans
3rd Mini-Goal: 140
4th Mini-Goal: The next size down jeans!

I've not set up my goals yet. Going to treat my next weigh in as my new start point. Before i got pregnant i lost 36lbs and what helped is having mini goals every few pounds - bmi points, % lost, 10s of lbs etc. Put it all back on and then some so going to be a bit of a slog to get back on track but i know that i can do it because I've already done it once.1
