I surpassed my step and water goal, ate within my calories and did my usual (10) Sets of 20 Squats (10) Sets of 12 Lunges and (10) Sets of 30 Calf Raises. Then after work was chest day with hubby !1

HI ladies....hit the elliptical for an hour this AM & burned 600 cals (love that machine.) Hit my steps and ate "relatively" good today...(ate within my cals)1

I surpassed my step and water goal, ate within my calories and did my usual (10) Sets of 20 Squats (10) Sets of 12 Lunges and (10) Sets of 30 Calf Raises. I am still at work, and probably will be for a few more hours so exercise at home is probably not going to happen0

Back in the treadmill saddle today! "Ran" 2 miles and did some kettle bells... Will I ever feel like I can actually stop typing "run" with quotation marks?! Hehehe
I'm close to 10,000 steps and still 2-3 hours in the day.
I confess, I took a shower this afternoon and I danced around in the bathroom, ....naked.... , and I actually liked what I saw in the mirror.... Whenever I dared take a peek! Made me giggly happy! Progress ladies, progress.... I don't remember EVER feeling this way... Even in my wedding dress.1 -
Great job ladies!! I have hit the gym everyday this week so far & completed 60 min elliptical & 600 cals burned each day. That is so funny @NadiaMayl I do the SAME thing when I "run" I actually stop myself when I say it out loud & now clarify my statement by saying "Well, actually...I "jog" I can't say I run." But GREAT job with your 2 miles. My girlfriend bailed on me who said she wants to do a 1/2 marathon so I took a break (because my back was hurting like we talked about) & I started doing the elliptical in it's place BUT...she JUST called me today & said she wants to do it BUT wants to push out the date until next year maybe March or April...so I maybe back out there sooner rather than later but I do have to address this back.0

@NadiaMayl You are to silly girl, reminds me of my 6 year old and his "air" quotation marks he does with his hands for random words lol And get it girl! Dance like nobody is watching !! Be proud!
@LizSmith55 That gives you something to train for! Another goal to work toward, sucks she bailed but glad she came back!
Yesterday I worked another 12 hour day ugh I surpassed my step and water goal, ate within my calories and did my usual (10) Sets of 20 Squats (10) Sets of 12 Lunges and (10) Sets of 30 Calf Raises.But by the time I got home it was shower, make lunches and bed ...no real workout for the 2nd time this week
