Morning, Everyone! Today we are going to work on strengthening our core!
Today's Challenge: Do 5 chair crunches.
How to do it:
Sit close to the edge of your chair with your chest up and your arms crossed on your chest. Take a deep breath in. As you exhale, draw your chin toward your chest and make a "C" shape with your spine. Push your belly button to the back of the chair and bring the bottom of your rib cage toward your hips. Inhale and sit up tall again; repeat four times.

I didn't see it until today, and didn't do it. I did some laundry and changed the beds after work though! And I walked around a Farmers Market in our town!0
