So, I went to movies today with my Framily and everyone had popcorn. I abstained, I don't want to mindlessly eat 700 calories. I want to enjoy every single calorie! I know it sounds stupid but this was a big deal for me.

    That's definitely not stupid, you actively made a good choice, and that's awesome! :D You should be proud of yourself! The more you do that, the better choices you will make, and the better off you'll be in the long run. Kudos to you!
