Morning Everyone! Today we are going to work on our backs! ^_^
Today's Challenge: Stretch your upper back with a seated airplane pose.
How to do it:
Sit up straight toward the edge of your chair with your arms down by your sides, palms facing in. Take a deep breath, exhale, and lean forward at the waist, halfway to your thighs. Lift your arms straight behind you with your palms facing up. Inhale and return to an upright position, then exhale and lean forward again. Repeat two times.
