My Fitbit doesn't sync the steps and calorie adjustment to My Fitness Pal

Hi All,

I recently bought a Fitbit Charge HR. I have connected it with My Fitness Pal to synchronize the steps and calorie adjustment. However the steps and calorie adjustment are not getting synchronized with My Fitness Pal. Earlier I used my IPhone inbuilt motion processor and used to synchronize the steps with my MFP and Fitbit and it was working perfect. Now when i did the switch over, it doesn't work any longer. Would appreciate some guidance or help

MFP is having big problems at the moment. Mine didn't sync for 12 days. It then started working and managed just 3 days, now it isn't syncing again. I have disconnected the two now and record my exercise manually. It stops me stressing about it.

Is this still ongoing? My food/exercise log is going to Fitbit, but I'm not getting the diary adjustment that it seems like I should be getting (not even the "0" placeholder).

I haven't synced in almost two weeks. The food still syncs so I just log here and check my calorie goal on Fitbit.com.

This is really starting to p me off now. I didn't change anything with my setup when the problem first happened around 22 July like the advice said. Gave it over a week before I unsynced my accounts and tried connecting them again.
When I unsynced, Mfp pulled through the first fitbit adjustment in nearly 10 days (whilst the accounts were supposed to be unconnected) but nothing else has come through since I reconnected.
I'm so fed up of this now and just don't know where to vent my frustration, it doesn't look like Mfp care at all about fixing the issue

MFP posted back in July that they were having trouble with it syncing. No notice from them if they fixed it, so after several days of this I sent a note stating it still wasn't. Without even contacting me, they marked my case resolved. I can't get mine to sync, either, so it is most definitely NOT resolved. Sent them another note, which they'll also probably ignore. Thinking of just using fitbit's app to do everything I had been doing here, instead. At least that always works.

I just hate how MFP gives you less calorie credit than fitbit does, but I think it's more accurate, which is why I NEED it to sync.
