Good afternoon. I praise god that he our refuge and our strentgh. I say amen to that . I noticed that no one has posted here in awhile. I hope and pray that after I write here that you will post again. The lord is a strong tower the righteous run into it and are safe in it. I am a single mother who is trying to lose weight. I have lost 75 pounds since october 2015. I go to Weight watchers. I really like that program. I also am a prayer warrior . I am glad to see this group. I will pray that more people will join this group. I have alot more weight to lose but with god all things are possible. All things work for the good for those that love the lord and called according to his purpose. Have a blessed day.
