Lose to Win -- Weight Loss for the Montreal Oasis Marathon!

Options
Hello MTL MFPs!!

I originally posted this in the "Long-distance Runners" group, but it hasn't gotten any attention yet. I suppose most of the people in that group are in the U.S., are there are so many marathons happening year-round there that our southern folks don't care about our cute Montreal race!
I'm looking for MFPs who will compete in the Montreal Oasis Rock 'n' Roll Marathon this year on September 25th. In efforts to qualify for the Boston Marathon next year, I've set a new weight loss goal (primarily a body fat percentage goal) based on some research from this website, using this BFP table:

I run about 75-90km per week. I'm vegetarian. Today is my first day on a four-day cleansing fast. I will start started the 5:2 eating schedule and am drinking a vanilla Shakeology for breakfast every day (or for lunch on my fasting days). If you've already reached your race weight and are maintaining, what works best for you?

Post your current and goal stats below and let's get this started!

Here are my stats:
Age: 27
Height: 5'5" (165cm)
Current weight = 127.7lbs (57.9kg)
Body fat mass = 28.5
Lean body mass = 99.2
Lean body mass percentage = .84
Goal race weight = 118.1 lbs (53.6kg)
Goal body fat percentage = .16

Learn how to calculate this stuff here (at the bottom of the page).
