Fitbit and MyFitnessPal not syncing

My fitbit and myfitnesspal have not synced up in days - have disconnected and re-connected the apps and still no data sharing - has anyone ever had their issues resolved or do I simply find a different app.

    I have similar problems with my garmin vivo smart, I would appreciate comments to resolve also.
