    Sure! Though I have PCOS, so my losses will at a much lower percentage than a normal person. But it'll be nice to be forced to check in.

    So, it's after January 1st, 2017. Anybody out there still interested in a challenge? Any suggestions? Weight loss? Fitness achievement? Biking miles / running miles?

    I'm here. I'm not a biker/runner but I walk and I have some weight loss and healthy eating goals. I'd do something there.

    I plan to start an aggressive 9-week weight loss plan on February 21st. right after I get home from a tropical vacation. Tanned fat looks better, but fat is still fat.
