A little something extra

Trying to do a little something extra to boost the weight loss and meet this next mini goal / challenge as my loss has really slowed to a stop in the last couple months

Got an extra 30 minute walk in before work today. Going to see if I can get an extra 15-20 minutes in at lunch too.

Anyone else trying to do that little extra than usual to keep on track?

    In regards to exercise I have added an extra session at the gym. My little extra that I've been working on is drinking water which I'm normally really bad at. I always have a glass ready to drink so that if I walk past it I remember to drink. Work in progress...

    I'm an on again off again get in an extra workout!!! I go gung ho then I burn out a day or two then right back up again but I don't ever give up!
