    Here is today's thought: You do not have to be great to start, but you do have to start to be great!
    I come from a family in which food=love. If You love me, eat my food. If you don't eat my food, then you must not love me.
    Wow! That leads to lots of overeating! Sadly, we also have slow metabolism.
    I love MFP because it gives us ( me & you), a way to be thoughtful about eating and exercise.
    The UAC gives us a chance to show-up for each other!
    There are two co-leaders: Luckee_me and RangerRickL. Luckee_me is very friendly. She has lots of MFP friends! I am one of her friends! Thanks, Luckee!
    On the other hand, I am not very "friendly" in the social media manner.
    I will be your friend by actively being HERE at UAC for you. I apologize that I do not also post on my site and add friends.
    Thanks so much for starting this month...keep going!

    Cals: Yes, I give myself an extra 200 on a Friday and Saturday but didn't use all of them!

    Yes/Yes/Yes For the last 25 years I have lived in sneakers. New job doesn't allow them :# OMG do I remember how to wear dress attire and shoes. I think September's going to be a rough month. Lol

    Dear Journey,
    The UAC allows up to 3 passes, if you go over, then you cannot be in the Winner's Circle at the end.

    Here is my own report:
    It was a beautiful day here on our farm near Chicago. I spent almost all day working outside doing some horse training. Lot's of walking today. Well over an hour and a half. Exercise is OK
    Tracking was OK.
    Due to my walking, I was under my calorie limit.

    The pass day is a slippery slope for me. Especially on a Friday. I try not to use all of my exercise calories so it seems a treat if I use them.

    Yesterday was a good day. I got some exercise and it felt great. I did go over my calories by 12, but it was totally worth it for the amazing stir fry steak and red pepper I made for dinner. It was my 80 calorie Greek yogurt for dessert that put me over. Today is a new day. So glad to be part of this group!
