Sorry about Sunday! Today we are going to a series f small but easy exercises to boost that heart rate!
Today's Challenge: Jog in place for 1 minute, Do 30 jumping jacks, and do 20 Step ups.
You don't have to do it all at once. You could space it out throughout the day to keep your heart rate up all day!

Good idea! Curves is closed today, so I'll need to create my own workout. Have a great holiday if you're in the US and have the day off! Have a great day if you are not celebrating or you have to work.0

well I will try this maybe tomorrow as I am not feeling too good but maybe tomorrow when I go to the gym!!!!I need this exercise is my falling down and I have some equipment home and belong to a gym.0

I did it! Wasn't sure I could still do jumping jacks, but did 30 with no problem LOL. Hope everybody had a great weekend! I''m looking forward to tomorrow's challenge!
