    32 minutes walking + 30 Day Squat Circuit/Thigh/Plank & Push-Up Challenges

    Made a fairly decent turkey chili for dinner, new recipe.

    30 min morning yoga, 20 min elliptical, 20 min strength training, 60 minute Zumba class

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes including a not so enjoyable kale salad. :p

    Ran 65 minutes. My hammy is not happy now, but I loved every minute of it when I was running.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes!!! Yay was easier today as I didn't graze

    @Intrinsicat and @2020pinktogo I am sorry, but I hate kale!!! Love spinach, zucchini, most veggies, but kale has a bitterness that just keeps on giving.
    Anyway, my report:
    Calories: I just don't eat like I used to, so I'm way under my limit today
    Exercise: Ok, but that was way under what I had hoped to do today
    Tracking: definitely ok.

    Are you doing a challenge that combines all of those, or 4 different challenges? Sounds great! I love a push-up challenge! Best overall strength exercise ever.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. 86 minutes with C25K x 2 at lovely Kiesel Park. 17,246 steps today!!
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes! This is day 2 of intermittent fasting.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes! No slip ups today! (The hot & ready light was on!) That. Hurt.

    I exercised for 20 minutes (barely) did a slow walk. Recovering from the 7k I did on Sunday. (Today, Wednesday woke up feeling so much better. I was able to get up and do some yoga.)
    I ate under calories, even with a small bowl of ice cream! Yum
    I logged everything.

    They are all different challenges that I started on the first. My first set was last month and I actually notice subtle differences! The plan is to work them in each month & see where I am next summer (a year from my MFP start date, 7/1/16).

    I pass... Using my first pass. Day was too hectic and food was awful. Not sure I could log off memory and no exercise.

    Cals - waaaay over!! Husband's birthday and a little too much indulgence (which unfortunately turned into 3 days of indulgence). Woops. Never mind, getting back on track today hopefully :)
