It's sad how few Arizonans are on this board :(. Just thought I'd start a new thread and see if anyone else out here wants to chat.

I'm in Gilbert, and work out at the la fitness on Gilbert/202.

What about you guys? I'm mostly into weight training and following SL 5x5 with 2 reluctant cardio days thrown in .

Pop in and let's see if we can revive our group a bit?

    Hi Julie! I am in Tucson. Anytime Fitness is my gym. I run and weight train with my trainer 2xs a week.

    Tucson, next to DM.
    No gym here. I'm a walker.
    Trying to get started/motivated into lifting to firm/tone.
    At goal, so maintaining now.

    This has been some winter! Rain, rain, and a bit cool for me. Wish I could bottle it up for August!

    I'm also in Gilbert. I would say I workout at planet fitness but I have been in awhile. I do get some exercise by officiating Football, wrestling and Softball, but know I need to get back to the gym.

    Also being an Ohio native, I thought I had left the cold rain behind.

    I know! It's been cooler in PA most of the winter than here!

    Well this is my 3rd winter here and I have determined that I have become acclimated. I now wear a jacket during the winter because I am cold. Cant say that I had felt cold here before this winter.

    Just a bump to see who’s still around?
    I’m still in Gilbert but now at Lifetime Fitness (luxury gym,). I was diagnosed with Hashimotos 2 years ago (autoimmune hypothyroid) and have been struggling since. Gained close to 30 lbs and felt awful for a long while. I’m finally feeling better on my current meds, and back in the groove! Lifting 3x a week and liss twice s week. Trying to shed this rotten 30 lbs. lifting again feels great!
